1. Is PaymentHot a P2P or P2C platform?

PaymentHot is a P2C (peer-to-company) payment solution. This model is ideal for businesses that want to accept deposits from customers and disburse funds via multiple local methods — securely and at scale.

2. Do you offer your own tech or resell another PSP’s solution?

We are a direct provider. PaymentHot’s platform is developed and managed in-house, offering complete transparency and full control over transaction routing, settlement, and customization. No third-party layers = fewer risks for your funds.

3. Are there transaction or deposit limits?

  • Daily limits? - No

  • Per transaction min. amount? - Yes, 10,000 VNĐ

  • Per deposit limits? - No

  • Payout timing? - T+1 for fund availability

We prioritize speed and flexibility, especially for high-frequency trading merchants.

4. Can foreign-registered entities onboard as merchants?

Yes. We support both licensed PSPs and standard international legal entities. As long as your business aligns with our verticals (Forex, Crypto), we’re open to onboarding globally.

5. Which industries are supported?

Accepted:

  • Forex brokers

  • Crypto exchanges

  • B2B Fintech platforms

Not supported:

  • Binary options

6. What does the onboarding process look like?

  • Each merchant is approved individually under their own MID (Merchant ID).

  • We require basic business and operational info, and prefer to discuss expected volumes to tailor infrastructure from the start.

  • Onboarding typically completes in under 3 business days.

7. Do you support API-based integration and status updates?

Yes — PaymentHot is developer-first:

  • Full RESTful API

  • Server-to-server integration

  • API to list supported payout banks

  • No granular TAC status codes (yet)

  • IP whitelist function

  • Separate Test and Production environments

8. How does settlement work?

  • Local settlement in VND & USDT

  • FX rate is benchmarked via Vietcombank, but we recommend clients lock rates at their side

  • Frequency: weekly, biweekly, or monthly

  • Minimum payout: 10,000 VNĐ

  • No safekeeping fee

  • No maximum fund cap

  • International USD/EUR wire payouts (currently)

9. Do you support payouts to users who didn’t deposit through PaymentHot?

Yes. This makes PaymentHot ideal for affiliate-based systems, crypto cashouts, and commission-based networks where the user inflow and outflow might be asynchronous.

10. Do merchants get access to dashboards and reconciliation reports?

Absolutely. Each merchant receives:
